1.Assist in project research and prepare technical research reports and project plans.
2.Lead process research and development, and oversee process development workflows.
3.Ensure project development progress and quality, maintaining complete and compliant documentation.
4.Prepare R&D materials for client requirements, project closure reports, and technology transfer documents.
5.Oversake pilot studies.
6.Review experimental records and investigate laboratory deviations
Requirements:
Degree in Organic Chemistry, Medicinal Chemistry, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in API process R&D, with a Master’s degree preferred.
Proficient in compound separation, purification, and structural identification techniques. Experience in organic spectroscopy analysis (IR, NMR, UV, HPLC, GC, LC-MS, DSC, TGA, XRPD). Strong literature retrieval skills and ability to use SciFinder or Reaxys databases for literature analysis, drug synthesis route design, and process optimization.
